Martin-Boulianne

Martin Boulianne, CPA, CA, FCSI®

Senior Investment Advisor, Associate Portfolio Manager

Over the past 30 years, Martin Boulianne has been involved in all aspects of the investment industry. He therefore has a thorough understanding of his clients' needs and requirements. As a chartered professional accountant, Mr. Boulianne is well positioned to provide wealth management services to his clientele of business owners and their families. He takes a prudent approach and respects each client's risk tolerance, objectives, and business considerations.

Mr. Boulianne obtained his chartered accountant designation in 1995. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (1993). He is also a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute. Mr. Boulianne also holds a license as a life and group insurance representative. This allows him to easily implement the financial plans he develops for his clients.

Before joining Richardson Wealth in 2016, Mr. Boulianne worked for ScotiaMcLeod, where he advised investors and oversaw the Investor Immigration Program. He helped foreign business owners settle in Canada as permanent residents and establish themselves financially and professionally.

Mr. Boulianne was Director of Compliance and Branch Operations for leading investment firms. He also served as an auditor for the Montreal Exchange, where he had direct access to stocks, bonds, credit, futures, and options trading. Finally, he worked for a derivatives company, where he gained institutional experience and strengthened his skills in risk management and regulatory compliance.

He is involved in the financial industry as a member of the Quebec Regional Council of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) and a member of the Quebec chapter of AIMA Canada (Alternative Investment Management Association).

Mr. Boulianne and his wife Marie-Josée have a daughter and a son. He stays in shape by playing tennis and softball in the Saint-Lambert league.

Anthony Zicha, B.Sc, CIM®, FCSI®

Portfolio Manager, Investment Advisor

As a wealth manager, Anthony draws from 30 years of experience as a top-ranked, award-winning equity analyst servicing major financial institutions in North America and Europe including Caisse de dépôt du Québec, Fidelity, and Investors Group. Combining his financial analysis acumen with his investing instincts allows him to optimize client portfolios, manage risk, and help them achieve their goals.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Concordia University, Anthony followed his love of numbers and investing into finance as an equity analyst. Over the next 30 years, Anthony rose to the top of his profession, becoming the Managing Director, Equity Research at Scotia Capital and earning the designation of TopGun Analyst – awarded by over 200 of Canada’s most influential buy-side portfolio managers. In 2019, he decided to pursue a new challenge, starting a career in wealth management. He brought his practice to Richardson Wealth in 2023.

Anthony is a Fellow of CSI (FCSI®) and a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®).

He devotes his spare time to flying planes (licensed), skiing, and exploring the world. Each hobby holds a special place in his heart and contributes a unique perspective to his wealth management approach.

Jeanne’s professional journey began at her family’s winery, where she developed a keen interest in business and management. Immersed in the day-to-day operations, this hands-on upbringing became the foundation of her academic pursuits. She went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in business and fine arts from Bishop’s University in 2017. It was during this time that her interest in finance flourished, shaping the trajectory of her professional career.

Following her graduation, she began her career as an administrative assistant, refining her organizational and communication skills. Eager to broaden her expertise, she completed a graphic design program and launched her own studio, venturing into entrepreneurship. This endeavor offered invaluable insights into operations, customer service, and business management. Building on this entrepreneurial spirit, she co-founded a bakery in Quebec’s Eastern Townships, gaining further expertise in business development and leadership.

She’s now become a proud member of Boulianne, Zicha & Partners, where she ensures seamless operations through her comprehensive administrative support. Her multifaceted background has honed a versatile skill set that she applies to her role in wealth management.

Beyond her professional life, she embraces a wide range of personal interests such as playing tennis, horseback riding, baking, or playing the piano. A passionate traveler, she finds inspiration in exploring new cultures and perspectives, enriching both her personal and professional endeavors.

Amélie Campeau-Lanctôt

Amélie Campeau-Lanctôt, LL.M, LL.B.

Vice President, Tax & Estate Planning

As a member of the Tax & Estate Planning team at Richardson Wealth since 2014, Amélie provides her expertise and works closely with Advisors and their clients to identify and develop tax and estate planning strategies that address clients’ overall wealth planning needs.

Amélie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Sherbrooke and a Master’s degree in Taxation from HEC Montréal. She is also a registered lawyer in the Tableau de l’Ordre du Barreau du Québec. Prior to joining Richardson Wealth in 2014, she worked in Canadian taxation in the private companies department in large accounting firms.

Over the past few years, Amélie has developed extensive experience in tax and estate planning for entrepreneurs and incorporated professionals. Amélie has also developed expertise in estate planning, including the transfer of family businesses, as well as the review of wills and mandates. Not only does she have the technical knowledge of death taxes and trusts, but her services are also highly appreciated for the human side of settling an estate.

Amélie regularly speaks to groups of entrepreneurs and professionals for presentations on estate planning. She has also written several articles on the subject. In particular, she is a member of Association de planification fiscale et financière (APFF) and has participated on several occasions in Première en affaires.

Marie Luisa de Benedictis

Senior Financial Planner, Tax & Estate Planning

Located in our Montreal office, Marie-Luisa works with Investment Advisor teams and our in-house Tax & Estate Planning team of professionals to serve the needs of clients in Quebec and across Canada.

With nearly 16 years of experience in the financial services industry, Marie-Luisa provides an analytical and focused approach to financial planning that allows her to create comprehensive wealth plans for clients.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from HEC Montréal, and a Certificate in financial planning from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). She later pursued a degree in Financial Planning and obtained her certification from the Institut québécois de planification financière (IQPF). Her next endeavor is the Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation provided by the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) to further add value to her relationships with Advisors and their clients.

Angelo Palmiotto is an Estate and Insurance Advisor with Richardson Wealth. He began his career twenty years ago as an insurance specialist and has to date mounted over twelve thousand insurance solutions for clients at all levels and complexities. He has also given over five hundred speeches and training seminars to advisors and clients across the Province of Quebec.

Angelo is committed to putting for the most innovative tax efficient strategies for his clients. His creative approach to estate and insurance planning coupled with his vast experience in concept, strategy and product selection will leave you feeling confident that you are equipped to face life’s unexpected events all-the-while growing your wealth and protecting it along the way.
